Information you provide

When you use the inquiry form, we ask whether your request is for a home or business, your name, phone number, delivery address or cross street, requested quantity, and wood type. You may also provide an email address, preferred stacking location, and other details. Please do not include payment-card numbers or sensitive personal information in the message field.

How we use it

We use your information to respond, discuss availability and a possible delivery, and keep a record of that conversation. Submitting the form is not an order or a scheduled delivery. The website does not maintain its own customer database.

Form and email providers

Form submissions go directly from your browser to Web3Forms, which processes the information and sends an email notification to CenTex Firewood. Christian receives inquiry emails at CentexFirewood@gmail.com. Web3Forms may retain submission information under its own settings and privacy policy. CenTex Firewood's intended email-inquiry retention period is 90 days; active customer conversations or legally required records may need to be kept longer.

Website hosting and map

This site is intended to be hosted by Vercel. Hosting services may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. The service-area section includes an embedded Google Map; loading that map connects your browser to Google, which may process device or usage information under Google's Privacy Policy. You can use the contact details on this site without interacting with the map.

Analytics and cookies

The current website does not include an advertising tracker or a site analytics script. Third-party services such as the embedded map and form provider may use their own technologies when you interact with them. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy should be updated before they are enabled.

Your choices

You can call or email instead of using the form. To ask what inquiry information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete an inquiry, contact CentexFirewood@gmail.com. We will review requests subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can also choose not to load the embedded map by avoiding the service-area section.
